Hi, I am Lorraine McSorley and I started Time2sleep NI 2 years ago when me and my husband moved from Lancashire to Derry/Londonderry, having had lots of sales experience in other rolls over the years I saw a market in Northern Ireland for the types of beds and mattresses that I have sold in the past, the beds and mattresses that we sell are extremely well made here in Northern Ireland and I support all my suppliers who make my beds and mattresses at affordable prices without compromising on quality.

We are a family run business and nothing is too much trouble for us as you will read in the many customer reviews we get, not just for the quality of the beds and mattresses but for our outstanding customer services we provide.

I know what good service is as I was a Customers Service Manager for over 10 years for a well known high street Bank in England before selling Cruises for the next 10 years for Thomas Cook before then moving to Ireland and starting this business, so if you’re looking for a great bed or mattress or both together with excellent customer service then look no further, call me anytime for help and advise before you make your purchase.

I also do house calls to make sure the bed you choose will fit up your stairs and around any awkward angles that may arise when deciding which bed you would like to go for, just another part of my service that I think is essential if you have any doubts about the size or design of your bed.
